Can I use assets commercially?

Yes. Both commercial and noncommercial use are acceptable as long as the asset is integrated and embedded within your game (or other digital product) and you purchased the required type of licenses.

Can I modify assets?

Yes, you can modify assets purchased from our store. Modifying assets often involves changing them for use within your project (e.g., retexturing, rescaling, or adding animations), but be aware that reselling or redistributing modified assets is prohibited.

What file formats do you offer?

Assets typically come in a variety of formats to ensure compatibility with different game engines and software. Common formats include:

  • Unity Package
  • Unreal Engine*
  • Blender
  • FBX
  • PNG/JPEG/TIFF (textures)

Be sure the asset you purchase is compatible with your game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine). Make sure with specific product descriptions.

Will I get updates on the assets I've bought?

Yes. We regularly update our assets. You will receive an email notification if any changes are made to the assets you purchased.

Will you do contract-based or custom work?

We are currently working very hard to create new packs and update the ones that already exist. For this reason, we are not accepting any contracts  or custom work at this time.

How do I know what type of licenses to buy?

Single License - We recommend for individuals and small team(not more than 5 members).

Multi License - We recommend for large enterprises working across multiple locations.

How long does it take us to respond to your email?

Generally, we respond to emails within a maximum of two business days.

How do I request a refund?

Due to the instant delivery and download nature of our digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered to you.

In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to provide a refund. Read our Refund policy for more information:
